I definitely had that wallpaper when I went to the Construction Frame Building, and I checked out all the floors. I'll take a look again later.
Though now that you told me that the maid is somehow linked to that wallpaper (and therefore the place that unlocks that wallpaper), I find her rather creepy, and not sure if I want to meet her at all... o_o
