I'm not sure about #153. I'm playing 0.100a, and, according to the piggy bank in Urotsuki's dream room, I've been to only 92% of the maps, yet I got this wallpaper. However, judging from what's on the wallpaper, I believe you need to view ending #6 to unlock this.
