This might help for #97, and if anybody has any corrections, please say so. I'm not 100% sure on everything:

Pyramid guy - brown eye carpet area of the Underwater Amusement Park, on the stage.
Blue blobs - Theater area in the Dark Room, in a room straight across from the Chocolate World door.
Piano - I'm assuming this is either the piano that takes you to Atlantis, or maybe from playing a duet with Elvis Masada.
Brown guy - Tribe Settlement, I'm assuming.
TV guy - Underwater Amusement Park, in the area where you get the boat.
Blue / brown guy - Marijuanna Goddess World, you need to use the lantern on them for the brown guy.
Farmer - Farm World, from the Red Tile World entrance. (I'm not sure if the planter is with the farmer, or something separate)
Blue / Pink guys - pink and yellow carpet area of the Underwater Amusement Park.
Four brown characters and the hut - Tribe Settlement.
Submarine - The Docks.
Red eye ship - Head Wasteland, which you get to through the Red Streetlight World.
