It's weird that you can't get 43 or 56. Not sure what the problem for 43 is. Wavy Up isn't playable in the later versions, but you should get 56 automatically when you try to start playing. I just tried it on my game and it worked. :/
60 is usually takes A LOT of tries for me to get. I'd say just keep trying. I believe the fastest way to the Apartments is through the Library (one of the books transports you there). Just keep going that way, checking, and if not there then wake up and try again (you have to wake up, using the eyebomb won't reset the chance for the UFO to appear).
I'm not sure if getting caught by the blob at the Baddies Bar counts, but there is one at the Oynx Tile World. Try getting caught by that one and see if you can get 120 that way.
