*Checking the history of the List of Characters Page, 'Raitou-Oka' was the name submitted by [[User:Nouillera|Nouillera]] on 29 July 2011. Apparently it means 'Walking Lamp' in Japanese.<br />It's not the official name, but with a vacuum of consensus it's very difficult to stop people adding random ideas to the page. The Name

I have absolutely no idea what Raitou-Oka means or could mean. The name doesn't  even seem to be an official one because this NPC is listed as Not Named on Uboachans page. So, if anyone happens to know anything please add the name explanation to the Raitou-Oka page.
