from what i can see it just adds one until 45, but using the elevator can definitely make it MORE though, since it can set it to anything from 0-45.

actually, looking at it again, the teleport actually comes off of a blank handler for getting to 45, I dunno if that would break it but it might not even work in 103a yet.

Honestly it's a total waste of time just to get to wherever it goes anyway.
