For that, you're gonna need the Japanese RPG Maker 2000 RTP. Just make sure either you open the installer with Applocale (make sure to open Applocale with admin privileges if you do) or change your system locale to Japanese. After the installation, drag and drop the files into the Yume 2kki folder. If this doesn't fix it, please use Snipping Tool and upload the error message.
