To the guy above - Oh, please. Just because a character isn't 'important' doesn't mean they're a bad character or that we shouldn't love them. I've always had a thing for the Commando and Provost-san, and they're not really that important.
And yeah, Tako Otoko is pretty cool. I think he's kind of cute (before he turns into an octopus, that is, haha.)
