As the article says, its a random chance. the exact chances of it happening are 1/29 according to RPGmaker, or 3.44% You may need to try hundreds of times. sometimes you get it on the first pass, other times you get it in 50 or more. My personal 'record' of the fastest chances is 3 passes.
