Location: Found in Surreal Park by entering between two green signs, then turning on the TV located in the maze while avoiding the chaser. After that, leave the maze and look for a bus which will take you to a cliff, turn off the TV on the cliff to receive the effect.

Boombox

Follow it until you come across a shed. Inside the shed is another book. Interacting with that book will take you to a church-like area. Walk down the hallway until you see a music box.
