I'm having some trouble with patches...first off, there's some areas of the game I can't get to, such as the Forest Carnival. (I also can't get to the Underground TV Complex or the Jigsaw Puzzle World, but maybe that's just because I'm playing a newer version?) I can't play Wavy Up to get the wallpaper either, when I try to open it I get a notice like something's missing from the game, then my game closes on its own. I can't use any more than 3 effects at Monochrome GB World (two of which don't even work) and I can't get very far in the world anyway, because I think some NPCs are missing. I also can't get the three newest wallpapers because I haven't added the patch, but when I downloaded everything from the mediafire link, I only see ONE patch which doesn't even seem to have that much in it. I'm not even entirely sure how to add patches...any help?
