Okay. So the problem I was having with wallpapers in .102e was actually fixed in the newest patch, though you have to get rid of a few I think that you have, and then get them all over again in order to get them (....To be honest I'm terrifically bad at reading Japanese on the spot but I know that as soon as I hit the 2nd option when going through the patch stuff on Urotsuki's computer, my wallpapers were gone and that included the one I was having trouble with).
The only problem
is that now the shift-effect thing
doesn't work with the bike
and now your speed boost is reduced.
So expect another patch once the devs catch wind of that. .102f won't be here for long. I wouldn't recommend downloading it, it has more bugs than .102e did.
