Yess!! Finally got #97!! For me, I had to interact with everything shown on the wallpaper. Maybe you have to interact with everything on the wallpaper along with interacting with the specific TV guy at the Amusement Park? Now I just need to figure out #74...
One other thing, I can't seem to enter the Eyeball Shop anymore and I never got #92 and #115...is there any way to change this?
