It is incomplete, sadly. I found the entrance north of the starting tile where the computer takes you. There is no music, and the bar is big and desolate. I think you get a different drink based on what effect you equipped (my favorites are Tombstone, Spacesuit and Marginal effect drinks). Is it worth mentioning that the waiter-maids here aren't killable?
