Just found it and tried downloading it...I can't get it working, but I was able to open up the spritesheets and stuff :D (Looks like the files you would normally have to add with a patch is already in there, if I can get this new version working I won't have to deal with the stupid patches...)
It looks like there's some new sprites for Graveyard World (an angry face?), the cripple effect seems to do something else, you can now open a fan with the Maiko effect, Jigsaw Puzzle World is back, and the Bat Girl (the thing you interact with to get the Bat effect) got some new sprites, she can now fly into the air. There's some new NPCs and effect combinations: Wolf+Glasses, Wolf+Twintail, and Twintail+Glasses and something that even looks like Bike+Wolf+Glasses!
