Well, i dont have access to the game at the moment, but as far as I can remember, you eat the cheese to become small, then head to the far right of the 'toy box', and instead of entering the door on the blue block, head between the little purple cylinders and the block and just enter the door in the side of the green block.
Other ways (maybe, im not sure) might be entering from the art gallery painting and going into the giant version of the toy box that way, or jumping off the top of the toy box from the version you enter from the nexus and doing the same thing
As I said, I can't access the game at the moment, but thats what i can think of from memory
