When you get to the end of the area on the top of this comment, use the Child effect to go through the hidden door. After that, continue further, and you should see a small sign pointing up. Interact with the sign and you should automatically jump down. Go right and the playground is there.(you have to "play" in the playground in order to progress to the next area.)
