This dimly-lit world is comprised of several looping alleyways with streetlights that brighten up the place as you get closer to them. There are lots of trash cans, garbage bags, and dumpsters, as well as litter scattered all over the ground, hence the name. The walls are covered in posters and monitors displaying the Kubo symbol, as well as strange graffiti that can only be seen with the Seer effect. There are several doors that can be found, most of which can't be opened. One building can be entered, which houses a large pencil, which gives the Pencil effect upon interaction and serves as a connection to the [[Butterfly Forest]]. A number of sections in this area have been blocked off, suggesting this area may be expanded in the future.
