The Construction Frame Building (工事, Kōji, Construction) is an area accessible from Green Neon World.
Features
Externally, this area is a huge steel contruction frame with many doors, lilac walls and an elevator. These doors lead to other rooms and staircases with wooden floors and white walls.
Different floors are accessible through the elevator by interacting with the right of the door once inside, which displays buttons that take you to other floors.
One the top floor to the left is a room with a rotating screw, interacting with it takes you to the (currently incompleted) Cog Maze.
