Dizzy Spirals World (ぐるぐるの部屋, Guruguru no Heya, Spinning Room) is a fairly small area accessible from the Deciding Street.
Features
The background is red, green and blue (and is also one of the alternative backgrounds that you can get by using the Lantern effect in Heart World). Interacting with the gray man will transport you back to the Deciding Street, and interacting with the red disc on the spring will transport you to the Art Gallery.
