Fruit Cake World, as implied by the name itself, is an environment filled with balls that resemble candied fruits outside of the traversible pathways. The circle-shaped NPC on the upper-left exit leads to Chaos World, while the lower exit leads to Blue Orb World. With the Glasses equipped, the circle-shaped NPC will change its appearance slightly, and interacting with it at that state will take you to the waterfall area in Tricolor Room.
