This area closely resembles Neon World in Yume Nikki and .flow, containing fluorescent blue cubes and strange green and yellow objects.
By travelling north-east from the entrance, you will find a small cube that takes you to the Construction Frame Building.
As of v0.099f, stepping in back of an blue cube (not constituting a mass) will lead you to a fancy room with a blue creature. Urotsuki will shake her head if you try to walk further into the room. When you use Glasses effect in the room, you can see what appears to be a broken rotten egg. This act is key to ED06. This hidden room is similar to each one of Rough Ash World and Flying Fish World.
