The Intestines Maze is a large area which seems to be the equivalent of Hell from Yume Nikki.
Features
It is a huge maze with pulsing pink walls and limited exits. You can enter the maze by going to Guts World from Visine World and finding a ribcage/spider creature and interacting with it.
