The Red Lily Lake (Manjusyaka, Red Spider Lily) is an area accessible by reading the lower bloody bookshelf in the Fantasy Library with the Chainsaw effect equipped, or by interacting with the blue lotus in Graveyard World.
Features
When entering this area from the Fantasy Library it will be tinted red with disturbing music, but when entering from Graveyard World the area will look normal.
This area is filled with many plants that look like red spider lilies, but all of them except one are just reflections on the water.
If Urotsuki interacts with the lily facing upright the screen will turn red and blood will come out, similar to chainsawing a NPC. After interacting with the lily everything will be tinted red, even Urotsuki herself, and a green lotus will appear which will take you to the Innocent Library if you interact with it.
There is also a bright green wisp that can be found wandering around this area, that will teleport you to the Cloud Floor when interacted with.
