The Seaside Village is an area accessible either by interacting with the blue creature from the Rapeseed Fields or from an isolated building in Lotus Waters.
Features
There are a few features in this area, including a few inhabitants. From the entrance from Heian Era Village, there is a girl sitting on a bench immediately to the right with a spinning head. She reacts to the following effects:
- Chainsaw - Spins faster upon equipping
- Crossing - Stops spinning once used until you unequip the effect
Further to the right is what appears to be a man with a bag for a head. Chainsawing him will cause him to lose his head, which will remain where Urotsuki was standing when she hit him. There is a house southeast of the cat, where its interior has an opening on the wall, leading to a corridor to Silent Sewers.
She can reach the sea by going through a gap between the houses directly south of the door and following the stairs all the way down, where the music will be replaced by the sound of the waves. If she get closer to the sea, old white structure can be noticed submerged in the water. There is an entrance to Lotus Waters here. Another portal to the Dark Warehouse can be found along the boardwalk. A dark room can also be entered in this village with an unlit candle which, upon lighting with the Lantern effect, will take you to the Heian Era Village upon leaving.
