How do we access this place from the Library?

Unlocking conditions

Hi,

So, I've been trying to unlock the fantasy library and did all the actions needed, from unlocking the connection between Cloud Floor and Chaos World to finding the NPC in the Fruit Cake maze. The thing is, while I still need to do the Highway telephone interaction, I actually can't interact with it anymore, somehow. By that, I mean that the game doesn't display the little pop-up that's letting you enter a number, even though it was always here before.

I play on my computer, with the jp locale and I never had any issues with the game... Does anyone have the same problem? And what can I do to make the pop-up appear again? I have v 0.111g, btw.

You'll need to enable text events to get the telephone to work.
