Overview
The Following Ghost looks like a typical ghost with one eye in the middle of their forehead, similar to the Fleeing Ghost. Unlike the Fleeing Ghost, the corners of their mouth are turned down, resembling a frowning expression. They can be found in The Dark World.
They will follow Madotsuki until she uses the knife on the ghost or until Madotsuki goes to another world.
Unlike the other ghosts, they do not give any effects.
