[[Category:wataru]] The Complex is a relatively small area that you can reach from Transmission Tower World.
Features
It is a big house with narrow corridors and doors. It also has benches and a big monorail track in the foreground that wraps the whole building. Going through the doors leads you to the Old Train Station.
There is a door to the very south of the walkway that leads to a sectioned off pier, blocked at the end.
