[[Category:Nuaah]] Water Lantern World is a world accessible from a lantern in Shield Owl World.
Features
Water Lantern World is a large, looping environment rife with ceremonial water lanterns, as well as torii gates. Urotsuki's reflection can be seen on the watery ground. The reflection will disappear if the Glasses are equipped.
Using the Teru Teru Bozu effect to make it rain will cause the lanterns to slowly flash, while using the Rainbow effect causes both the lanterns and the torii gates to flash to white for a couple of seconds.
The area starts off dark, where using the Lantern effects will brighten the area, revealing its surroundings, with music playing so long as the lantern is in use. One interesting sight here is a column of torii gates, looping with no end in sight. However, if the Lantern effect is not equipped, walking through one of the gates in the column will lead to a second area, similar to the main section, but with red lillies, which slowly flash to red when the Lantern effect is used. Executing the method previously discussed in this second area in the same column of torii gates that served as an entrance will lead back to the main area.
Directions
Nexus → Shield Owl World → Water Lantern World
Trivia
- The music that plays in this area resembles the ending theme of the original Yume Nikki.
