The Hidden Library was a small area, with the same nine-tailed fox NPC located in the Fantasy Library and Red Lily Lake. It was unlocked by jumping from the cliff in Red Sky Cliff while having text-based events activated and then interacting with the nine-tailed NPC while using the Child effect.
