Nevula is a large looping area. Heading straight north from the entrance will lead to an owl with a hole in it's face leading to the Owl Cellar. Heading south-east will eventually lead to a small one-eyed red owl-like creature that will transport Reshnha to the Hand Walls.
While a large area, this world is pretty empty NPC-wise.
