The Neon Parrot is an effect NPC from whom the Neon effect can be obtained.
Overview
The Neon Parrot is a bird-like creature with a blue body, purple feet, and a head consisting of green, light blue, and red. He overall resembles the player character from NASU. They inhabit Neon World and, when found, will give the Neon effect to Madotsuki.
He can be easily located by going one room west and two rooms north from the entrance plaza.
