There is a roughly 22% chance that a creature will appear in a cul-de-sac right of the entrance, who reacts to the Wolf, Crossing, and Chainsaw in a different manner from the rest of the creatures.
Going west of the entrance, there is a ladder going deep into a pit, which takes you to the bottom section, where there is a small opening on the wall that requires either the Fairy, Child, Grave (while active), or Dice effect to enter. This leads to a corridor that ends in an elevator to the Subterranean Research Center. Near to the ladder, you can find a tall person here wearing a vest, who also responds to the Wolf, Crossing, and Chainsaw.
