As its name implies, Sugar World is sweets-themed, perhaps a memory of an old birthday party. The ground is pink with frosting, and things like strawberries, jellybeans, and dollops of frosting litter the terrain. Large holes and cracks can be found in the ground; one of them contains a ladder which leads down into the Sugary Depths (死販, Shiban, Death Trade).

There is a large cake as well as two NPC's wandering about the area: one green-schemed boy and one orange-schemed girl. In addition, Candyhead can be found here. She is immune to power tools (Although she will still bleed), and if you equip the Child effect, she will shift her eyes so that one looks down and the other straight at the player.

Octagonal Grid Hub is a monochromatic, looping world consisting of a floating grid-like path, with the loops in the shape of octagons. Inside the octagonal loops are amorphous cloud-like figures, similar to the area's entrance. When the Rainbow effect is equipped here, it will be forcibly unequipped.
Shortly west of Candyhead is a pink cake with an entrance. Inside of this cake is a small room  where the wall is decorated with eyes on the lower portion, and a large heart with an opening on the middle, leading to Valentine Land. Much like Candyhead, the pink creature and the face on the table can be chainsawed without them being killed.

Sugary Depths
Two Teleport Runes can be found in the area, but only one is currently accessible. The white one leads to a broken passage, which requires the Fairy effect, Spring effect, Spacesuit effect or the Bat to go through. A gray NPC can be found on the other side, which leads to the Colorless Pier.
This is a darker, looping world with slowed down music, with purple icing instead of pink and many red hands scattered around the world, similar to the ones in Yume Nikki's Eyeball World. Multiple creepy, sugary blobs with arms and faces scatter the area, which can be entered if attacked in the face. One of them is found just southwest of the entrance, and contains a portal to the False Shoal.

Somewhere in here is a large, spindly man chewing on a swirly cake, or maybe a birthday candle. He flashes, very much similar to Strober or Flashing Trombonist, but unfortunately, the similarities to either NPC do not go far enough so as to grant Urotsuki an effect upon interacting with him.
Colorless Pier
The Colorless Pier is a set of three passages with monochromatic backgrounds. A human NPC can be found at the end of the third screen, looking at a city in the distance. There's a 40% chance that a train with one door open appears instead, which leads to another passage with a staircase on the right side, leading to the subway. The subway is a straightforward, winding path, which ends in a lobby. The west branching path is coned off, the right contains a smiling white cube that leads to Playbox Passage, and the northern path leads to a set of staircases ending in an exit to the Colorless Valley.

Octagonal Grid Hub is an area accessible from the Spelling Room.

Map of the Octagonal Grid Hub.
Map of the Broken Passage
Map of the Colorless Pier

Features

Octagonal Grid Hub is a monochromatic, looping world consisting of a floating grid-like path, with the loops in the shape of octagons. Inside the octagonal loops are amorphous cloud-like figures, similar to the area's entrance. When the Rainbow effect is equipped here, it will be forcibly unequipped.

Two Teleport Runes can be found in the area, but only one is currently accessible. The white one leads to a broken passage, which requires the Fairy effect, Spring effect, Spacesuit effect or the Bat to go through. A gray NPC can be found on the other side, which leads to the Colorless Pier.
