Act 2

Going to sleep in the bed re-rolls the per-dream random number to anywhere between 0 and 255. If the random number was greater than or equal to 196 when going to bed, then Shimitsuki will be taken to the Ice Temple for the Witch's Flight event, otherwise the Dream Balcony is the destination instead.
