Red Waters is a looping world consisting of a maze of grey, rectangular walkways cutting through an expanse of red liquid. Discolored staining covers much of the walkways. Flat red and blue monoliths with jagged edges, as well as the tendrils of partially submerged pink-eyed creatures, can be seen rising from the surrounding seas. Various fleshy monsters can occasionally be witnessed writhing upon short, isolated, and inaccessible stretches of pavement. One such creature resembles a bleeding octopus carrying an agonized expression. Another is a mass of lumpy flesh and red tentacles covered in rapidly moving eyeballs. On one particular platform, a shadowy humanoid figure can instead be seen standing still, apart from the fluttering of the hair-like wisps covering its head.
 
A gray Teleport Rune will take Minnatsuki back to Dark Spire Hell. Far southeast from there, a floating, angular stone carving will take Minnatsuki to [[Collective Unconscious:Basalt Fields|Basalt Fields]].
