Blackout House is an area accessible from the main floor in Urotsuki's Dream Apartments.
Features
The Blackout House is a large, maze-like area containing various kinds of furniture, along with eye markings on the walls and puddles of blood on the floor. It is initially pitch black and requires the Lantern effect to navigate. The Lantern has a narrow range here, though pressing the action key will create a temporary circle of light to grant greater field of vision.
There are two Shadow Ladies in the area, who will chase Urotsuki and teleport her to an isolated section of Crossing Thickets if they make contact.
