Location: Found in Japanese Castle, behind a secret passageway.
Practical Uses: Can be used to avoid most chasers.
Screen

Be displayed on a screen.
Appearance: A slightly translucent, light blue screen with Shimitsuki on it.
Passive Effect: N/A.
Action: Randomly changes the image on the screen, between a yellow eye, a rabbit, and a blank screen. While in a room with a hostile chaser, it becomes an exclamation point. In a room with a passive chaser, it becomes a smile.
Location: Found in Flashing Waveform Maze.
Practical Uses: Can be used to see if a chaser is in the area.
Standing Lamp

Turn your head into a standing lamp.
Appearance: Shimitsuki's head turns into a gray lamp
Passive Effect: Lights up certain dark areas.
Action: Toggle the lamp between on and off.
Location: Found in Bizarre Fish World.
Practical Uses: Needed to explore the Strange Library.
Squirrel

Get a squirrel's ears and tails attached to you.
Appearance: Shimitsuki has grey squirrel ears and a tail.

Action: Becomes a tiny squirrel.
Location: Found in Magenta Roads.
Practical Uses: Allows Shimitsuki into small openings.
Shadow
（かげ）
Let a shadow engulf you.
Appearance: The shadow beneath Shimitsuki becomes dark grey.
Passive Effect:
Action: A shadow engulfs Shimitsuki, sending her back to the Nexus.
Location: Found in Nocturnal Rivers.
Practical Uses: Allows Shimitsuki to quickly return to the Nexus.
Naginata
（なぎなた）
Carry a naginata.
Appearance: Shimitsuki holds a naginata.
Passive Effect: NPCs will run away from Shimitsuki.
Action: Interacting with an NPC will cause Shimitsuki to attack them, and pressing Shift will cause her to pose with it.
Location: Found in an isolated area of Circuit World, accessible from Program World.
Practical Uses: Using the effect on NPCs may grant money.
Perfume
（こうすい）
Turn your head into a perfume bottle.
Appearance: Shimitsuki's head turns into a perfume bottle.
Passive Effect:
Action: Briefly tint the screen pink.
Location: Found in Ice Temple, after following the paths opened by the blue orbs.
Practical Uses: Using the effect can make some NPCs move around.
Ink Wash

Become ink-washed.
Appearance: Shimitsuki becomes grayscale.

Appearance: Skin becomes black, eyes become red, walking around causes static.
Passive Effect:
Action: Fills the screen with static.
Location: Found in Monochrome Islands.

Ride a UFO.
Appearance: Shimitsuki rides a UFO.

Action: The UFO flashes a few colors.
