Merutomaro is a NPC found in the FC Basement.

It is a light cyan blob creature that is on one of the floors of the FC Basement, and it is named for its resemblance to a melted marshmallow.

They don't really do anything except for animate. They display normal reactions to the Cat, Knife and Stoplight effects, like most NPCs.
