Overview
Hiko-Neko looks like a spinning pink plate with a cat face on both of its sides. It constantly spins around. By interacting with it Madotsuki will receive the Cat Effect . It's rather hard to catch because it's so fast. That's why using the Stoplight Effect when triyng to catch it is recommended. It can be found in the Shield-Folk World.
