Overview
Neon Parrot is an effect giving NPC from whom the Neon effect can be obtained. He can be found in the Neon World by going one room north and two west from the entrance plaza. 
Trivia
- Neon Parrot holds high resemblance to Nasu.
- He runs away at twice his normal speed when the Knife is equipped.
- Neon Parrot also has a strong resemblance to similar creatures in Sluggish Morss, another surrealist freeware game.
- Sluggish Morss was, however, created in 2013. So the resemblance is most likely a coincidence or Sluggish Morss took inspiration from Yume Nikki.
