There's a pretty big contrast in art style between this world and the Dream Beach, the Dream Beach and its under water area's art syle is much more "soft" with more blending and less sharp lines, similar to natl's art, while the School has much sharper lines, similar to a more detailed and lighthearted 710, or like a more professional GALAXY. In addition, it appears in the author unknown folder, so there's that. Pretty sure, and the japanese wiki also lists zoo as the author. Either way, if zoo wasn't the original author somehow they'd still have been the last contributor anyway, since the area was edited to link into the dream beach and cat room.
