After looking at the map in RPG Maker I also found no trace of a teleport to the Scenic Outlook, so I guess it got removed a while ago. Well spotted | |||

I believe that the connection to the Scenic Outlook is long gone. At least I could not find it within 20 minutes riding around the world on a bike. Please cofirm.
After looking at the map in RPG Maker I also found no trace of a teleport to the Scenic Outlook, so I guess it got removed a while ago. Well spotted
