Looks like some's just added that. The red screen event is a 1/54 random chance when opening the instructions and isnt related to the TV complex at all. | |||

Edit: Actually maybe the instructions deserve an entry in their own small section on the effects page, since they're part of that menu. | |||

I say it should be mentioned on both pages, perhaps in full detail on the events page and then a mention on the effects page linking you to its entry on the events page. Nice sleuth work, by the way. | |||

I checked both the Underground TV Complex and the Mailbox, but activating the Instructions effect did nothing. I'm on version 0.105f. Are you running a different version, am I doing something wrong or could it be luck-based?
