Breezy Plains is a world accessible through Totsutsuki's Nexus Template:LocationBox
Features
Breezy Plains, as the name suggests, is a windy area adorned with trees, birds, cattails, and stars scattered on the ground. Totsutsuki can find the Cape effect here by interacting with the blue cape tied to a stick, south of the entrance from the Nexus. There is also one area with green paint on the ground, leading to a paintbrush which will take you to Paint Sky, also south of the entrance from the Nexus.
