The Winter Village is a large world accessible from Kubotsuki's Nexus.
Features
The initial area upon first entering the world is a snowy cliff covered in trees looking out into a brown, smoggy sky. Going right from the entrance, the Cabin can be seen in the distance. Left from the entrance is an odd bench for Kubotsuki to sit on. Continuing westward from that leads to a well which you can go down, leading to the Ice Chapel. The southmost section of this screen has an open gate, bringing you to the main section.
The main area of the Winter Village is a large, looping town with a heavy snow. There are many intersecting roads and large brick buildings surrounded by trees. There are also several villagers walking around. Interacting with the two villagers standing next to one another inside a gated area will cause the screen to change hue as they play a song for you. The brick buildings around the town can be entered through their doors. The inside of every building contains a fireplace with snow falling into it, which Kubotsuki can climb up onto the roof, allowing him to enter other chimneys and access other rooms. This mechanism acts as sort of a teleport maze.
There are many interesting rooms worth noting, including;
- A ballroom with dancing villagers
- A room filled with clocks
- A room with a maze made of chairs
- A room containing a large chess board
- A room with small bird-like creatures called Peepers
- A room with a projector displaying a film of a running horse
- A room covered in vines and plants with a stone archway, serving as the entry to the All-Seeing Forest
- A hallway with a door leading down a set of stairs ending in a door surrounded in ice, serving as another connection to the Ice Chapel.
On the roof of one building is an NPC named Hourou-ojisan who will change their appearance based on whichever effect is currently equipped. Interacting with them will transfer you to the Starlit Road. Another building has a backdoor on the inside that leads to a gated enclosure with a pit surrounded by purple flowers and white spikes. This enclosure can be entered faster by going through the hole in the gate with the Turtle effect. Going down the pit will bring you to the White Spikes World. On the side of another building is a graffiti drawing of a colorful eye. Using the Seer effect will reveal a door on the graffiti, leading to a strange room with a teleporter. Stepping on the teleporter will play an odd horse-like sound and bring you to an inverted version of the room. Leaving through this door will take the player to the Monochrome Void.

Trivia
- This initial area of this world is based off of the painting Kirchenruine im Schnee by Carl Hasenpflug, a 19th century German artist known for painting cathedrals in snowy landscapes.
- The Peeper room may be a reference to the Kibogaoka hill cat room from Jet Set Radio Future.
