Okay, so I tried to run Yume 2kki with Applocale, no luck.

So what I instead tried doing was installing the RTP's with Applocale, so I downloaded the 2000 and 2003. This is what came up when I tried to run 2000 with Applocale:

Then I tried to simply run the RTP by opening it on its own. These are what came up:

I don't know if I'm just being stupid or what.
