Not that this needs more comments, but to the person above who said "it's quite pointless to complain." Well, yeah, it's pointless to complain in any situation, really. But I'm still free to make comments like that, even if it is about a game I really do enjoy.
And you're right, this is an exploration game. Which means you don't play it just to beat it and get all the wallpapers and such. You play it to explore everywhere you can and see all the game has to offer. Which is why I would want to go to the Gray Building, even if there's nothing important there.
Also, it's not really "hidden" that well. It's one gateway in a giant map. To me, that says that they took a more lazy approach to hiding the area.
