NPC Pages
I'm not sure if any other NPCs have their own pages. Its good to be consistent with what does or doesn't get a page. We could either split the contents of this article between Broken Faces Area and Minor Characters, or make pages for other minor characters (which it seems we decided against. Any opinions?
