[Edit] Scratch that big time. I have been spending hours in RPGMaker looking through the events and variables and I can't find where the hell it's supposed to be found at. It's starting to get really irritating now. 

Nvmind yet AGAIN, as I found the room that supposedly gives you the effect. Go to Flying Fish World and to the ledge that sent you to the TV room and to the Monochrome World. Talk to the smallest flowerpot and go to the bottom edge of the room and run down along there to find the hidden passage. That should take you to the room with the broken egg in it. Put on your glasses and you'll see the broken egg. It should give you #153.
